How it works
Creatine works by accumulation.
Creatine collects in your muscles over weeks rather than working in hours. Each can adds to what is already there.
Three flavors
Pick a favorite. Or pick all.
Peach Ginger
Rounder, with a little heat behind it. The easiest first can.
Yuzu
Sharp and citrus-led. The one people reach for in the morning.
Watermelon Lime
Clean and cold-tasting. The one that disappears fastest in summer.

CreaBev®
Soluble. Stable. Made for liquid.
Most creatine monohydrate was developed for powder. CreaBev® was developed for drinks. A soluble and stable creatine monohydrate with improved short and long term stability and increased bioavailability. It is what lets a real dose of creatine live in a can rather than a tub.
Why we use CreaBev®
CreaBev® is an encapsulated creatine monohydrate built for ready to drink beverages. It holds active creatine far longer in liquid than standard creatine monohydrate, from acidic through neutral pH.
- Highly bioavailable
- Same levels in the blood from 26% less creatine
- Easy on the stomach
- No adverse effects reported in the studies
- Built for liquid
- Stable from acidic through neutral pH
How it holds up
How we protect the dose
- 1 We start with CreaBev® Soluble, stable and built for beverages, with the increased bioavailability Glanbia reports over standard creatine monohydrate.
- 2 We tune the pH We hold ours at the top of the range the flavor will take, which is where creatine keeps best in a carbonated can.
- 3 We make less, more often Smaller runs on a shorter cycle, just so the can in your hand is fresh.
- 4 We fill above the label We dose above the declared number so there is a buffer against the loss that happens between filling and drinking.
The reframe
It was never just for the gym.
The old frame
Creatine was sold to one room for thirty years. Lift more. Recover faster. Get bigger.
What creatine actually does
Creatine is a natural compound stored mostly in muscle and brain. During hard effort your cells burn through ATP, their energy fuel, and creatine donates a phosphate to rebuild it, so you can push at high intensity longer before fatigue sets in. Hard thinking runs the same system down that hard lifting does.
Where that shows up
Anywhere you are spending energy faster than you can replace it. The last set, but also the fourth hour of a long meeting, the morning after a short night, and the week you are holding too much in your head at once.
The cycle creatine feeds
Effort turns ATP into ADP. Creatine turns it back. The moving dot is the phosphate being handed over.
Questions
The ones people actually ask.
Isn't creatine for men?
No. Women carry lower natural creatine stores than men. Creatine being a men's supplement is a fact about marketing, not about the research.
Is it a steroid?
No. Your body already makes creatine and you get more of it from food. There are no hormones involved at any point.
Is it safe for my kidneys?
Studies running up to five years show no harm in healthy people. The confusion comes from creatinine, a different molecule that happens to be the marker doctors use to check kidney function.
Will it make me bloated?
A loading phase can cause puffiness. There is no loading phase here. On a steady daily dose the water goes into muscle rather than under the skin, and most people notice nothing.
Why not just buy powder?
Because most people stop. A tub is a chore you have to remember, and creatine only works if you actually take it. This is the same thing in a format you look forward to.
How long until I notice anything?
Give it a month. Full stores take about four weeks of daily cans, and the effects build rather than arrive. If you want a drink that does something in twenty minutes, this is the wrong one.
Can I drink more than one a day?
Yes. One a day is what the research is built on, and more will not speed it up.
